Practice is Every Tuesday & Thursday at the Griffin Rec Center .
Each Student Athlete must have a Gym Membership which is $10 a month. We require our students to go ahead and get pay $100 upfront on day one so that they have there membership for ten months.
HS/ Prep team practice 9am -1pm .
Post grad / Juco Team 1pm to 4pm .
